JOHNATHAN RUSSELL, CCIM
President & Chief Executive Officer

Johnathan Russell is founder, President and CEO of Land Run Commercial (LRC), a full service commercial real estate firm based in Oklahoma City, OK. From meager beginnings as a two man brokerage firm, LRC has grown into a full service firm with expertise in brokerage, construction, management and development. LRC employs over 20 professionals and continues to grow. As CEO, Johnathan is personally involved in all aspects of the firm. This hands-on approach allows Johnathan to ensure top quality results for all LRC’s clients and customers. With over 10 years of industry experience, Mr. Russell has become regionally recognized for Land Run’s successful projects.

Mr. Russell is a former Mayor of Cromwell, OK and graduate of the University of Oklahoma with bachelor degrees in Business Real Estate and Marketing.

Mr. Russell, a native Oklahoman, is a survivor of childhood lymphoma and is involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) accreditation.

JEREMY FORAKER
Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Jeremy Foraker is Vice President and COO of Land Run Commercial (LRC) and its affiliates. Mr. Foraker has been a part of Land Run Commercial since early 2003 and was quickly promoted to his current position in 2006. With a BA in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma and a MBA with finance emphasis from Oklahoma City University, Mr. Foraker has been instrumental in LRC’s success. Mr. Foraker oversees all internal departments including brokerage, acquisition, development, construction, property management, accounting and tenant representation. Since 2003, Mr. Foraker has negotiated and closed more than 100 investment transactions and 250 lease transactions. He has played key roles in acquiring, developing and redeveloping over 1 million square feet of property and growing LRC’s property management portfolio to exceed 1 million square feet.

In addition to company operations, Mr. Foraker’s specific responsibilities include developing and structuring investment strategies for all development projects as well as assisting with and negotiating all joint venture agreements, debt facilities and tax incentives.

A native Oklahoman, Mr. Foraker is a married father of two and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.

TROY HUMPHREY
Development & Property Management Division

Troy Humphrey joined Land Run Commercial in 2011. His responsibilities include acquisition, project management, consulting and feasibility analysis. He is also involved in the financial aspect of the business assisting in the creation of detailed pro formas and financial packages for lenders, investors, clients, etc.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Humphrey was active in real estate development in the Seattle/Tacoma area. He entered the real estate industry as the Acquisition Manager for one of Washington’s largest residential developers. Within 3 years, Troy acquired over 500 lots in western Washington. In 2008, Mr. Humphrey started his own firm, Humphrey Consulting. With a select group of clients, Mr. Humphrey provided advisory and project management services on large scale, mixed use developments ranging from $300 million to $1 billion.

A native Oklahoman, Troy was an honor graduate from Oklahoma City University with a degree in Business Administration and is a married father of one.

ANNA FRESONKE
Brokerage Division

Anna Fresonke joined Land Run Commercial in 2011. Ms. Fresonke's responsibilities include marketing, leasing, and sales on a local, regional, and nation-wide basis.

Ms. Fresonke began her real estate career with highly esteemed Cohen Commercial in South Florida as a sales and leasing agent. Anna focused heavily on landlord representation in grocery anchored and power centers for clients such as Ramco Gershenson, Washington Properties, TA Associates and Imperium Development. Her landlord representation portfolio included over 1.5 million square feet with tenants such as Citi Trends, Boost Mobile, Boynton Trail Fitness, H & R Block, etc.

In addition to landlord representation, Ms. Fresonke was active in the successful leasing and sales of over 1 million square feet in just 2 years.

Originally from Oklahoma City, Ms. Fresonke is an honor graduate from Florida State University with a degree in Communication. She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

ZACHARY NORTHRIP
Construction & Maintenance Division

Zach Northrip started with Land Run Commercial (LRC) in 2008. As the Director of Construction and Management, he has broad range of responsibilities. Mr. Northrip oversees all aspects of construction, site development and tenant improvements. With 5 years of construction experience, he has managed the construction of over 30 retail projects including build to suit, new construction, redevelopment, and tenant build outs.

Additionally he oversees the maintenance department to ensure that all properties managed by LRC are properly maintained to the higest standards.

A native Oklahoman, Mr. Northrip graduated from East Central University with a degree in Biology and is a married father of two. He is also an active member of the Association of General Contractors of America.

KEVIN MATHEWS
Construction and Maintenance Division

Kevin Mathews started with Land Run Commercial (LRC) in October of 2010. His responsibilities include the on-site supervision and management of LRC’s projects. Mr. Mathews is also responsible for ensuring the construction of projects are completed on time and on budget.

Mr. Mathews started his construction career while in college as a self employed clean up man for one of Oklahoma’s largest residential development companies. During that time, he was promoted to superintendant, overseeing the daily scheduling and supervision of contractors on over 25 homes sites.

Since joining LRC, he has successfully managed the ground up construction and on-time delivery of 3 retail projects and overseen the demolition and remodel of a retail shopping center.

Mr. Mathews has lived in greater Oklahoma City for twenty seven years and is a graduate of Casady High School. He also attended Southern Nazarene University and the University of Central Oklahoma.
